Surviving emotional wreckage

1. Admit it. You're in pain and there's nobody out here to help you.
2. Embrace this pain. Scream it out, work it out, just do something that requires as much of your strength as possible. Power yourself with your pain, maybe inflict some physical pain to yourself.
3. Do something that nobody usually will do. Walk the streets through the rain, sing aloud, dress wildly - make your pain visible and make it look like oddity.
4. Now you may do something that you like. Care about yourself. Feel that you're good person. Knew that surviving this will open the doors to the new day. And it surely will be better.

At least that's what helps me to cope with such things.
